How Profile Cladding handles the information you send through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
This privacy policy explains how Profile Cladding handles information when you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, or by phone, WhatsApp or email. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are
Profile Cladding provides industrial and commercial roofing and cladding services. You can contact us on 07883 909128, 01785 526 064 or info@profilecladdinguk.co.uk.
Information we handle
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, site town or postcode, the type of work and your message, if you give them
- the page you sent the form from, the time you sent it and your IP address, which help us deal with the enquiry and spot misuse of the form
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your number, the details of the building and any photos.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote and, where you instruct us, to carry out roofing or cladding work. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and on the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Who receives it
Enquiries from the form are sent by email to Profile Cladding. A copy of each form submission is also sent to our website provider so they can check the form is working. We may share details with suppliers or subcontractors only where that’s needed to quote for or carry out your work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including any work that follows and our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include a Google Map, which is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
