Industrial Roofing
Large industrial roofs bring their own set of demands: long spans, exposed fixings, rooflights that age faster than the surrounding sheet, and access that has to be planned around a working site.
Service
Factory roofs take a different kind of wear to a warehouse — heat, extraction plant, vibration, sometimes a corrosive internal atmosphere — and a replacement needs to account for that, not just match what was there before. We replace factory and manufacturing unit roofs across the West Midlands.

Before specifying a replacement roof for a factory or manufacturing unit, it's worth understanding what's actually driven the wear on the existing one — general age, a corrosive internal environment, heat cycling near plant, or simply a roof that's reached the end of its service life. That shapes the sheeting and coating specification more than the building type alone.
Where a factory can't stop production for the works, we agree a sequence and access plan with the site in advance, including any smoke vents, extraction penetrations or plant-mounted equipment that need to stay operational throughout.

How It Works
Call or send details of the building and the problem you're seeing, and we'll arrange a time to take a look.
We inspect the roof to identify the actual cause of any issue, not just the symptom, and check the overall condition.
You get a written breakdown of what's needed and why, so you can weigh up the options before committing.
Work is planned around your site's operational needs, with the roof left weathertight at the end of each day.
Coverage
We carry out factory roof replacement work across Birmingham and the surrounding area — see our full areas covered page for specific locations.

Commercial roofs cover a wider range of buildings than industrial sheds — offices, retail units, converted warehouses, mixed-use premises — and usually a wider range of roof build-ups too.

Cladding does two jobs at once — weatherproofing and appearance — and when it starts to fail, both suffer. We install, repair and overclad industrial and commercial buildings across the West Midlands.
