Metal cladding usually fails at its details before it fails in the field of the panel: corner trims, window and door surrounds, movement joints, and fixing points. A survey that goes panel by panel at these junctions gives a much more accurate picture than one that just looks at the elevation from a distance.
Where the panels themselves are structurally sound but the finish has degraded, recoating or overcladding is often the more proportionate option compared with a full replacement — and where it isn't, we'll say so and explain why.
